The May 11, 2015 edition of WWE's Monday Night Raw emanates live from the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati and serves as the go-home show for the Payback pay-per-view on Sunday. The main event features WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins vs. Randy Orton.

The show begins with Triple H, who returns after several weeks away. He says "Daddy's home" in reference to Seth Rollins and Kane. He intends to clear the air, and Rollins comes out first. He shakes Triple H's hand, welcomes him back, and sucks up a little before complaining about Kane, who eventually emerges from the back. He says with age comes wisdom, and that wisdom is telling him to chokeslam Rollins straight to hell.

They argue and Triple H breaks it up. He says if Rollins does not walk out of Payback as champion, then Kane is fired. Kane doesn't seem to care because he just wants to take out Rollins, who complains to Triple H. But Hunter tells him to shut up and questions if this is the moment where he and Kane part ways.

Triple H books a few matches: Kane vs. Roman Reigns and Rollins vs. Randy Orton for the main event. Jamie Noble then gets on the mic and complains, so Hunter hilariously crouches down to his eye level and books him and Joey Mercury against Dean Ambrose right now. Ambrose wins the match with Dirty Deeds on Noble.

Bad News Barrett aka King Barrett defeats Dolph Ziggler with a Bullhammer thanks to a distraction from Sheamus, who was on commentary. Barrett cut a pre-match promo on Neville and promised to beat him at Payback. Barrett leaves and Sheamus attacks Ziggler. The Show Off fights back but takes a Brogue Kick for his trouble.

Erick Rowan (w/Luke Harper) defeats Fandango in a squash match. Harper clothleslines Fandango after the bell.

John Cena cuts his usual promo before the United States Championship open challenge, and this week's challenger is Neville! The two men put on a stellar match that includes a Red Arrow kick out by Cena, an Attitude Adjustment kick out by Neville, and a second rope Phoenix Splash from Neville. Neville hits a second Red Arrow, but Rusev attacks him to cause the disqualification. He then attacks Cena after the bell.

Kane vs. Roman Reigns never begins, as the two men brawl until Reigns spears Kane over the announce table.

Tamina (w/Naomi) defeats Brie Bella (w/Nikki Bella) with a superkick.

Curtis Axel is losing to Macho Mandow until The Ascension come out to ironically talk about how the two men in the ring are ripping off old wrestlers. They try to attack, but Axel and Mandow fight them off and shake hands.

Daniel Bryan returns to the ring after nearly one month away. He talks about traveling in and out of doctor's offices for weeks and how he was stripped of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship last year. But he adds Stephanie McMahon was right to do it because no one know how severe his injury was, and the crowd deserves a fighting champion.

This brings him to why he is out here tonight. He had an MRI last week, and it's unclear how long he will be out now. And because the crowd deserves a fighting champion, he decides to surrender the Intercontinental Championship. The crowd chants "Thank you Daniel" and he thanks them in return. He places the microphone and the title in the center of the ring and the crowd gives him a standing ovation as he leaves. He leads a Yes chant from the stage before he departs.

The New Day comes out and Xavier Woods celebrates Bryan's absence. Big E says Pete Rose doesn't deserve another chance. Kofi Kingston says The New Day will face Tyson Kidd and Cesaro in a Two-Out-of-Three Falls match at Payback for the WWE Tag Team Championships. Cesaro defeats Big E tonight with a fancy roll-up.

Elimination Chamber returns on Sunday, May 31 on the WWE Network.

The Prime Time Players make fun of DX in a backstage skit.

Bray Wyatt comes out and cuts a promo about how fear is everywhere. He mocks Ryback and says he overcame fear until now. Wyatt tells the kids that "Sometimes, the bad guy just wins." The Big Guy then hits the ring. The two brawl, and Ryback gains the upper hand and tosses Wyatt out of the ring.

Orton defeats Rollins by DQ when J&J Security attacks. They beat down Orton until Kane's music hits. He grabs a steel chair and stands at ringside as they continue to attack Orton. Hometown boy Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns hit the ring to even the odds, and the four men from the Fatal Four Way on Sunday are in the ring alone. Ambrose hits Rollins with Dirty Deeds, and all three men look at Kane, who is just standing outside the ring with the chair. Ambrose holds up Rollins and Reigns delivers a spear, but Kane still does not move. Ambrose and Reigns both pick up Rollins, and Orton delivers an RKO to the champion. Reigns then spears Orton, and Ambrose plants Reigns with Dirty Deeds. Ambrose celebrates as the show goes off the air.
