'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Cheating Scandal - Is Joe Dating Younger Woman?

Poor Teresa Giudice. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has been having a rough year, as she is currently serving a 15-month sentence in prison, but on top of that the star has to deal with a cheating scandal while she is behind bars. That's right, it seems that her hubby, Joe Giudice, has been getting his lady fix elsewhere now that Tre is locked up. While cheating rumors started circling the couple earlier this year, it seems that an eyewitness caught sight of the Jersey husband stepping out on his incarcerated wife two weeks ago.

According to Radar Online, the RHONJ househusband was spotted by a fellow diner, Stephanie Palacios, at Seabra's, a seafood restaurant in Newark, New Jersey, at the end of April.

"The way he and his date were conversing, you wouldn't talk that way to a family member or friend," Palacios told the news site. "Even my boyfriend thought something was going on, they had chemistry."

However, while she did say that there was an obvious attraction between the two, she confessed that they didn't share any physical contact with each other, but rather that they were sitting really close. She also mentioned that it was a double date that the two were on, making us think that they could possibly just be friends.

"They didn't touch, but they were sitting close together and he seemed to be listening intently to whatever she said," the insider explained. "I thought maybe the couple across from them set them up on a date."

According to The Inquistr, the eyewitness said that Teresa should definitely be worried about the date, as it definitely looked like something was happening between the two.

"Teresa should be upset," the source explained. "You can tell if someone is just a friend, but it wasn't like that. They had chemistry, they were a couple. You would think that while she's in jail, especially on a weekday, shouldn't he be home with the kids? She's in jail, and he's out having fun with another woman."
