Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Prenuptial Agreement: Songstress Hopes to Protect $130 Fortune, and Her Dogs

According to recent reports, pop star Miley Cyrus and her "Hunger Games" fiancé Liam Hemsworth plan on signing a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot. By doing so the "Party in the U.S.A." songstress hopes to legally protect not only her whopping $130 million fortune, but also her beloved canine companions Floyd, Ziggy, Happy, Mary Jane, and Lila.

Cyrus has some diehard puppy love, check out her furry pals here.

While 20-year-old Cyrus is allegedly worth over $130 million, 22-year-old Hemsworth's net worth is only a mere $20 million (yes, still an extravagant amount by "normal" income standards). Cyrus does want to make sure royalties collected from her hard work in the music and entertainment bizz remain protected in case things unexpectedly turn sour between the happily engaged couple, but apparently her top priority concerns her pet dogs. Cyrus and Hemsworth currently share (along with their canine pals) a home in California... and while a house can be replaced if need-be, Cyrus' furry loves cannot. Therefore she is doing everything in her power to make sure there's never a risk of losing majority ownership of them.

It's no secret that Cyrus is an avid animal lover and staunch animal rights activist - PETA recently surprised the songstress with a pet rescue pig for her 20th birthday earlier this month named Nora.

No further details have been released about the prenup specifics - but what do Mstarz fans think about Cyrus' foremost protecting her fortune and her pups?
