George Zimmerman is back and his defense team is trying to turn the case around in the murder trial of African American teen Trayvon Martin, he shot in February. Zimmerman's legal team released bloody pictures of his face from the night of the incident.

The photo of  Zimmerman with a bloody (maybe broken) nose was published on  GZlegalcase.com, Zimmerman's website, which his defense lawyers say police took the images on February 26, after Martin was shot and killed. Zimmerman pleaded not guilty of second-degree murder charge and with the photo's surfacing, his lawyers are attempting to rock the court. Claiming that the images will have some significance in court Zimmerman's attorney Mark O'Mara said,  "It's not a game changer," he added, "Does it really show what happened that night to George? Yes."

The same photo was made pubic earlier this year in a black and white copy, but was released in a high-resolution colored copy on his website in the "thank you" card  defense fund to help Zimmerman raise money for his legal fees.

According to Reuters, attorney Ben Crump, who represents Martin's family said,  "Trayvon Martin was defending himself. He had every right to stand his ground to defend himself," Crump said.
