Ashley Tisdale Reveals Fitness Tips, Yoga Workouts & Diet Secrets [PHOTOS]

Actress Ashley Tisdale has always been pretty health-conscious––juggling her time now between work, fitness, yoga and eating healthily. And judging from what her workout and diet habits consist of, we can see how hard she's working at it. Of course, the New Jersey-born actress admits that it hasn't always been easy, considering that when she started in the business she began doing quite a bit of food commercials.

"I was getting the food commercials because my 'bite and react' – where you take a bite of something and you react after – was really good," she says in a recent interview with Health.com.

Also in her interview, Tisdale admits to dedicating an hour every day to "something fitness-related." Of course, given the fact that she has a trainer, perhaps that's easier said than done.

Regardless, mixing a number of physical activities such as kickboxing and yoga, Tisdale admits that the latter is her favorite, largely due to the fact that it's good for your body, spirit and mind.

What she doesn't like? Cardio.

Which, well, we can't blame her. Honestly, cardio blows...

"...to be on one machine for a long time? It's hard for me to just stay there," she says.

So, how does the young actress get in a balanced diet? Admittedly, it's difficult because of her love of food, which we can all probably relate with, but that doesn't stop her from balancing her intake. 

"Just because you do an hour of exercise, what about the rest of the hours of the day?"
