Eminem vs. Lana Del Rey Beef Squashed Amid 'Racist & Sexist' Mayhem: 'Dazed & Confused' Instagram Stoner 'Shade' After Violent Ray Rice Punch Controversy
Just a few months ago, infamous Detroit emcee Eminem released a rather controversial "cxvpher" in support of his highly-anticipated compilation album, Shady XV. The renowned "Rap God" managed to blast stunning pop sensation Lana Del Rey in a very violent way:
The 42-year-old hip-hop legend fiercely rhymes:
I may fight for gay rights, especially if the d*ke is more of a knockout than Janay Rice / Play nice? B*tch I'll punch Lana Del Rey in the face twice, like Ray Rice in broad daylight in plain sight of elevator surveillance / 'Til the head is bangin' on the railin', then celebrate with the Ravens.
Several fans (including Azealia Banks) were extremely appalled. But the "Summertime Sadness" crooner never made a big deal about it - apparently, she's still a big fan of the MMLP2 superstar!
On Wednesday (May 20), Del Rey shared this Dazed & Confused magazine "throwback" cover image on Instagram:
lanadelrey: "loved this cover."
Although "The Monster" rapper is no longer on drugs, this issue debuted back during his "dark" years (June 2000).
Several fans offered mixed reactions to Del Rey's viral "stoner" shout-out:
charlottexvl: "lol people Lana's not a stuck up b*tch. Eminem respects her, and anyone he raps about (except for his 2002 feuds probably) - it's just music, chill out. he'd never lay hands on her and Lana loves him."
iamsara110: "STAN BOO."
marina.oops: "she's not shading him oh my god."
allhailesophia: "don't do this."
lanadelrey10: "she's not even shading him omg chill. She loves Eminem, she's a big fan of him. She said it in an interview."
lara.o.h: "um boo??? did you forget when he rapped about beating u up??"
tris.shelton: "she's throwing shade like its sunny."
shanice.xcx : "[crying] you are the only person who would post this after what he said."
boomcheckyeah: "She loves eminem and unlike the majority of you she probably didn't take his alter ego rapping to heart."
jgowr: "Lana taking the high road."
Do MstarsNews readers find the post somewhat bizarre, or is Born To Die songstress really a true #Stan?
Meanwhile, a recent VladTV interview with KXNG CROOKED discussing Shady's "racist and sexist" ways is also now going viral on the web. Read more on the full story here.
