Kate Gosselin Losing Custody of Daughter Hannah? Ex Jon Fighting TLC Reality Star

Kate Gosselin is in the midst of a pretty nasty fight for the custody of one of her children. The Kate Plus 8 reality star is feuding with her ex husband Jon Gosselin after their 11-year-old daughter Hannah went to live with her father last month, claiming that living with her mom was getting to be too much to handle. While Hannah reportedly stayed with Jon for four days, she has since returned to Kate's house, but it seems that her dad is looking to make her little stay-cation permanent.

That's right, the former TLC couple is headed to court to fight over the custody of Hannah. According to Radar Online, it seems that Kate's parenting style has been pretty lax in recent weeks, despite the fact that she has a court docket coming up. The site is also reporting that Kate left the kids with a nanny for the last couple of days while she headed out on vacation.

In Touch reported that Kate "took off for four days last week" and "left the kids with the nanny, while she went on vacation. No details are known about where she went, or who she went with, but it could possibly be her new millionaire boyfriend, Jeff Prescott, who she has been heating up the dating rumor mill with. However, it seems that while few details have emerged in the press about the reality star's whereabouts, it just so happens that she didn't let Jon or her kids know where she was headed either.

"The kids told Jon that they didn't know where she went," a source explained to the news site, adding "[They] had no way to reach her because she doesn't give them her cell number."

It seems that this could be something that Gosselin could use against his former wife in court as she is supposed to clear it with him first if she needs a nanny.

"Kate is supposed to give Jon first right of refusal to take care of the kids when she goes away," the source stated. "And she didn't."
