'DWTS' Finale: Demi Moore Says She's to Thank for Rumer Willis Win? [RUMORS]
While the Dancing With the Stars world watched on as Rumer Willis took home the mirror ball trophy during the season finale earlier this week, it seemed like parents Bruce Willis and Demi Moore couldn't be happier for their daughter. However, new details are emerging saying that this might not be the case. In fact, some insiders are saying that Demi is taking credit for her daughter pulling out the win over fellow competitors Riker Lynch and Noah Galloway. The Ghost actress might have sat front row during every one of her daughter's and partner Val Chmerkovskiy's performances, but new rumors are swirling saying that the 52-year-old actress was required to do this. In fact, Rumer's mom allegedly claims that her sitting in the audience was what helped her daughter finish on top.
That's right, according to Radar Online, Rumer has dear old mommy to thank for her sweeping the competition off their feet and she appears to be telling everyone it was her involvement that helped her daughter take home the top prize.

"Demi was trying to take credit for Rumer's success on the show from day one," the insider explained to the news site. "Not taking away from the fact that Rumer was really, really good, but Demi has said that she was part of the reason that Rumer won. But she will never tell her daughter that."
The site also added that it was in Rumer's contract that her mother and father be involved with the show in some way.
"When Rumer signed on, it was a stipulation in the contract that Demi and Bruce participate in the show and publicity events because the producers wanted them there to bring in viewers, which they did," the insider told the news site.
However, despite thinking that she helped lead to the win, Demi had said that her daughter's involvement with the show has been beneficial to both of them, stating, "She is very proud of Rumer and she's said that this whole thing has helped her get over all the drama in her own life too."
To further put a hole in these reports, Demi expressed her happiness about Rumer's win to Us Weekly saying she was "thrilled."
"I think that she worked hard and she earned it and I'm really out of words," she said. "I'm just so happy for her, I really am. She's amazing."
