Now, while Health.com reports that coffee is indeed good for you, it's not the best idea because to rely on it because it can very much mess with your sleep cycle.
6. Alcohol

5. Too Much Digital Time
It's 2015, and we love our smartphones. We always need to be connected with everything NOW. Unfortunately, those late night checks of the email (or Netflix binging) could be the reason you can't get to bed, and why you're tired the next day.
4. Not Enough Iron
Per the same report, a lack of iron can cause you to feel "sluggish, irritable, weak and unable to focus." Therefore, try boosting your iron intake with foods like lean beef, green leafy veggies, eggs and tofu.
3. Too Much Junk Food
Seriously, stop eating so much junk food, folks. It's NOT good for you.
2. Lack of Water
This is such a simple thing to do but so many people don't do it. Drink. More. Water. It's good and good for you!
1. Stress
