'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Tweets from Jail: How'd Bravo Star Get Twitter Access?
It has been quite a few months since fans have heard from Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, as she has been busy serving her 15-month sentence for fraud in a Danbury, Connecticut prison. However, the star broke her silence at the end of last month as she sent a message to her fans, who have been keeping the Bravo star in their thoughts since she entered the correctional facility on Jan. 5.
According to Radar Online, the mother of four reached out for the first time on her Twitter page since becoming an inmate. However, since the star's access to the outside world is extremely limited, it is most likely that she used someone else to post the message for her.
"Thank you everyone for all the cards, letters, and kind words of support I love, love, love you all xo T!"
According to E! News, it seems that it was Teresa's eldest daughter, Gia, who wrote on her mom's page. Teresa's attorney spoke to the site, saying that the RHONJ star doesn't have access to the social media site, but that it was her daughter who posted on her behalf.
"Teresa absolutely did not send the tweet herself. She doesn't have access to Twitter," James Leonard, Giudice's lawyer told the site.
However, before you think that Tre's account was hacked, Leonard says that the message was definitely from her, but just that Gia wrote it.
"The message came from her. She asked her daughter Gia to please post it," James explained. "She wanted to thank her fans for the hundreds, if not thousands, of pieces of mail that she's received since she's been incarcerated."
