'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Arrest Update: MTV Star's Charges Dropped, Talks Nathan Griffith Fight!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has been on a downward spiral ever since being arrested yet again, but this time for assaulting on again/off again fiancé Nathan Griffith. It's just another chapter in the ongoing saga that is the MTV star's life.

Luckily for the mother of two, according to WBTW News 13, the charges were dropped after Nathan refused to go forward with the case. Jenelle opened up to The Real Mr. Housewife about what went down on that horrible day.

"Basically you know I went to go pick Kaiser up and when I went to go pick him up, [Nathan] grabbed my phone and he wouldn't give it back. So we wrestled for my phone and then he went inside and locked himself in his apartment," the reality star said. "And I was like, 'Can you just give me my phone and my son?' And he wouldn't open the door, so I ended up leaving. And then after I left he went to the police station and pressed charges on me and said I attacked him."

"Not even 24 hours afterwards he wanted those charges dropped," she continued. "He wanted the judge to know that and everything."

Jenelle confirmed to the reality TV gossip site that she and her baby daddy are done for good and only have interaction when it has to do with their adorable son.

"There's not a 'no contact' order in place, but we don't speak to each other," she said. "We only speak to each other if we're exchanging Kaiser. We take turns with Kaiser."

As MStars News reported, the controversial couple will be heavily featured in the upcoming sixth season of their hit MTV series. Viewers have already gotten a taste of their many fights and arrests in the drama filled trailer released this week.
