Toned Abs in 10 Minutes? Celebrity Trainer Tracy Anderson Drops 4 Plank Exercise [VIDEO] for Sexy Summer Stomach
Summer is-a-comin'! Don't you want to look fit? Well, now you can do that in just 10 minutes. Okay, maybe the exercise is ten minutes long, but it'll take a little longer to get that sexy summer stomach you want. Either way, let's get those abs toned, folks. Health.com recently unveiled a video that teaches us four exercises that can help strengthen our core and pop out our abs. Starring contributing fitness editor Tracy Anderson, you know – the celebrity fitness trainer who helped us (or tried to) get J'Lo's abs – the video unveils a number of variations on the plank.
Why the plank? Well, per the report, this exercise will "tighten and tone your middle." And if you do them six times a week, paired alongside 30 minutes of cardio (which we know is a total bummer), you'll soon find yourself sporting a pretty steamy core.
