Kelly Osbourne continues to stun people with her style, fashion opinions, and weight loss. The "Fashion Police" co-host lost 50 pounds and is looking better than ever and even sharing her weight loss secrets with the world.
In an interview with "InTouch" magazine Osbourne wanted to set the record straight about her new found confidence and look, "People think I lost weight and then got happy, but that's not how it works. You have to get happy first... I made a life change, and the weight loss was an amazing perk." Osbourne admits that losing weight is a struggle and tries to remain strict with her diet and training as often, "I do cheat. I have one cheat day a week where I eat whatever the f**k I want... Never deprive yourself of anything, because then you get angry about it. People who are hungry are miserable."
The fouled mouth celebrity puts in all the work she can possibly handle, trying to hit the gym 5- times a week, "I do up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates - I mix it up, she to the magazine.
The 26-year-old first lost 20-pounds on "Dancing with the Stars" and prides herself that she continues to lose weight on a more healthy diet than eating high protein low carb food in order to give her energy, "Ultimately, I'm really glad I lost the weight the way I did," she told "Life & Style". "I never thought in a million years I'd be that healthy girl who wakes up every morning to exercise."
