'RHONY' Ramona Singer Divorce Settlement Mario Keeps UES Condo But She Gets Mansion

She got the mansion, but he got the penthouse. It looks like Real Housewives of New York City star, Ramona Singer, is making progress on her divorce from Mario Singer. After reports made their way into the public claiming that Mario had cheated on Ramona with Kasey Dexter, a personal trainer, the star filed for divorce. While these things often take years to hammer out all the details, it seems that they have come to a pretty fast agreement regarding their living situation. While Mario will keep the Upper East Side condo, Ramona is looking to retain the Southampton mansion that her and hubby shared.

According to The New York Post, the RHONY star will get to keep the 7,000 square foot mansion that played a pretty crucial role in the couple's divorce, as it is where Ramona caught Mario with his mistress.

While Mario will get to keep the condo in Manhattan, it is being reported by Radar Online that he is most likely going to put it on the market for somewhere around $4.95 million.

We are sure that Ramona is happy to put this part of the divorce behind her, as the site is reporting that the couple has been fighting back and forth over the two properties.

"Ramona earned all the money that bought both homes," the insider explained. "The home she bought in Southampton, she bought with premarital funds of her own."

We are guessing that it was for this reason that this was the home that she got to keep.
