The viral videos keep coming! MStars News has learned that Courtney Barnes, aka "piece of burger" is speaking out following his arrest! In the video below, the viral video star denied being the person in the surveillance video stealing from the Swell-O-Phonics store.

"I'm going to plead the 5th because I don't know who that is," Barnes told a reporter at WAPT News. "I don't know who that is," he kept replying.

MStars News previously reported that the Jackson police had a misdemeanor warrant out for Barnes and we also learned that he was wanted for traffic violations as well.

When he was asked if he had stolen in the past, Barnes said, "Honey I'm going to plead the 5th. My question is have anybody else stolen anything at all? Did Eve steal the apple off the tree and deceive Adam to eat it?"

He continued: "My question to you is, were you there ... did God tell you out of heaven?" MStars News previously reported that Barnes turned himself in for his actions, and apologized for what he did. "I want to apologize about the things that are going around on social media about me. However, like I said, nobody is perfect. Everybody is going to make mistakes, but at the same time, I do keep God first and I want everybody to know that it will work out for the better. But at the same time, let the negativity continue to come, because without negativity, we cannot do positivity," the green-haired man said in another Instagram video. MStars News also learned that Barnes was seen multiple times on the hit show So You Think You Can Dance.

Barnes comments on a wild police chase that earned him thousand of hits on social media last week, and even got the attention of Burger King and Nicki Minaj.

According to Channel 16, Barnes' interview was inaccurate and was not used on their report.

"When the officer wreck happened, we made a call to refrain from using that man's description at the scene. According to police reports and other witnesses, it was a totally different account of what happened," News Director Ben Hart revealed. "We did use several other witnesses along with descriptions from the chief of police and head of security at JSU."

During his interview, Barnes also claimed that he was praying over people who were trying to make him look bad.

"Now, we all know that it's not accurate information," the "piece of burger" man said. "I am personally taking care of certain information, but that is not accurate. And for those out there that are trying to stomp over my success, I pray for you and I hope that I can one day celebrate with you."
