Jenny McCarthy Sexy Abs For Sexy Actor Bradley Cooper: Wants Him On Show Because 'He's Hot' [Video]

Former playmate Jenny McCarthy shows off her sexy abs in this month's issue of "Shape." The 40-year-old model/actress last posed for the magazine in 2009, but has posed for her beloved Playboy magazine six times.

McCarthy is use to showing her nude body, but to be idolized for her tone figure has her amazed, "This is my second time doing Shape. I feel really honored because I'm turning 40 next week. And if they asked me to be on the cover, that means I'm doing something right."

As for her secrets to having a sexy beach body she works out as often, even only for a couple of minutes,"I get to work out about five days a week and I really change it because I would lose my mind if I did the same thing over and over again. If I only have two minutes, I have a go to workout and that is lunges, sit-ups and push- ups."

Although, working out seems to help the former playmate, she admits to struggle with dieting, "The one food splurge that I can't live without is my chocolate milkshake. Don't get me diamonds just get me a chocolate milkshake." When she's not splurging on her sweet treat she goes to watermelon as her healthy snack because she say "it fills you up."

McCarthy VH1 talk show premieres January 18 and she says her hopeful guest would be Bradley Cooper because she think "he's hot"
