Batman Day 2015: DC Entertainment Celebrates Dark Knight Comic Books On September 26!
DC Entertainment is planning a huge celebration for the pop culture icon known as The Dark Knight. Be part of the Batman Family, as a fan-favorite event makes a huge return this September 26, celebrating the best-selling comic book franchise with Batman Day 2015.
According to the official DC Comics website, "Batman Day" is back by popular demand. September 26, 2015 kicks off the annual event, which will honor the most popular hero in DC Comics history. Celebrating all things Batman, fans will be able to join in on the bat-centric event through many activities.
While the festivities are going on in comic stores, libraries and bookstores, there will also be opportunities for meet-and-greets your favorite talent. The list includes legendary artist and DCE Co-Publisher Jim Lee, Grant Morrison, Scott Snyder, David Finch, Brian Azzarello, Cameron Stewart, Pat Gleason, Dustin Nguyen, Tim Seeley, Tom King, Dan Jurgens, Jeff Parker, Matthew Manning, and Daniel Wallace. And that's just the beginning, many more will be announced later on.
As we previously mentioned, Brian Azzarello is teaming up with Frank Miller for The Dark Knight III: The Master Race. This is the perfect opportunity to ask Azzarello what he has in store for fans. We have 5 reasons why we're excited for the last and third installment to the Dark Knight Saga.
