The CW network is already making plans for Season 2 of The Flash. With the first season cliffhanger leaving audiences wondering, will Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) find a "scared and frightened" Firestorm (Robbie Amell) when he discovers Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker)'s dark side?

As we previously mentioned, the first season followed Barry Allen as he awake from his coma, after being struck by lightning. Given super-speed powers, Barry belonged to small group of friends, Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker), and Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes), who know his secret identity. They worked together against super villains, including Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller), and teaming with the Arrow (Stephen Amell). But they never realized their true enemy was lurking within them, the Reverse-Flash (Tom Cavanagh).

In an interview with Movie Web, Amell teases what's in store for Ronnie, ""I haven't gotten any scripts yet, but it picks up immediately where the finale left off, because it was such a big cliffhanger, you have to. I don't know what I'd like to see. The nice thing about the finale was getting to actually play Ronnie. You saw Ronnie in my first episode, and then I was this schizophrenic, frightened man, and then I was trying to figure things out with my other half, and I finally got to kind of play Ronnie in the finale."

The Tomorrow People actor adds, "I'd like to play more with that, and the relationship with Danielle Panabaker's character Caitlin, but I always have so much fun shooting with Victor, so anything else Victor and I can shoot together would be great."

We also mentioned, the special features of the DVD/ Blu-ray set of the first season will include "The Fastest Man Alive!," "Creating the Blur," "The Chemistry of Emily and Grant Screen Test, "Behind the Story: The Trickster Returns!," "DC Comics Night at Comic-Con 2014 Presenting Gotham, The Flash, Constantine and Arrow," featurettes. There will also be audio commentary, deleted scenes, and a gag reel to watch.

Season One ofThe Flash arrives on DVD and Blu-Ray September 22, 2015.
