Season 10 of the CW's Supernatural concluded recently, but the network has now revealed the date of the Season 11 premiere!

The Winchesters will be back on Wednesday, October 7 at 9 p.m. Eastern.

But before we get to Season 11, let's take a look back at our Top 5 Best Moments from Supernatural Season 10.

5) Dean vs. Cole

Demon Dean was terrifying because the character was just Dean's darkest impulses cranked up to 11. Dean drinks, but Demon Dean drinks and beats people to a pulp. Dean sleeps around, but Demon Dean sleeps around and then acts like a jerk to the woman.

So when Cole hunted down Dean and looked for revenge after Dean killed his father, Demon Dean practically put him in the hospital. But he didn't just beat him down. He humiliated Cole. He toyed with him. He emasculated him. It was a brutal indication into just how dark this character would be.

4) Bobby Returns

Bobby Singer's appearances on the show since his death instantly make the episode feel more important because he was such an integral part of the series. So when Bobby came back this season to help Sam and Castiel free Metatron, it felt like a significant episode. Bobby's wisdom consistently provides perspective, and his love for the boys is fatherly, so he always is a breath of fresh air.

3) Dean vs. Sam

The fight between the brothers in the Season 10 finale felt like it had been building for the entire series, and man it was brutal. Dean, all hopped up on the juice from the Mark of Cain, bloodied his brother and was about to kill him, just as Cain had foretold. Instead, Dean took Death's sickle (Death's return was a standout moment in and of itself because he's such an ominously powerful figure) and swung at the Grim Reaper himself, which...killed Death? I guess? Maybe? I'm not quite sure. This part was actually a bit silly.

Regardless, this scene was wonderful because Sam showed Dean family photos, which allowed him to snap out of it and save his brother's life. It was a nice callback to the Season 5 finale in which the Impala served as Sam's beacon and allowed him to break free of Lucifer's control.

2) The Entire 200th Episode

The musical episode was a love letter to fans that was free of the brotherly angst that has defined the show for too long. All we got was love between the two and a reminder that this show has devoted fans. Plus, Chuck/God appeared again!

1) Dean vs. Cain

Are you sensing a theme here? Dean's battle with Cain was the high point of the season because of how bloody and brutal it was. Cain had milennia of experience under his belt, and he beat Dean senseless for a while before the Winchester smartened up and used a small opening to take advantage. But before he died, Cain informed Dean that he was merely living Cain's life in reverse, and he would eventually kill Sam. It was a terrifying moment that nearly came to fruition at the end of the season.

Bonus: Supernatural Parody

This was just awesome.
