Anti-Gay Marriage Presidential Candidate Donald Trump Questioned About His Divorces

New 2016 presidential candidate Donald Trump, who recently announced his run at Trump Tower in NYC, is known for his belief in "traditional" marriage and being somewhat "anti" gay marriage. Traditional meaning, of course, a bond between a man and a woman––though he has said he's "evolving" on that subject. Either way, what's interesting is the fact that the Celebrity Apprentice star has been divorced a number of times, which has several people wondering who is he to judge what is and is not "traditional"?

His record goes as such: Donald Trump was married to Ivana Zelnickova from 1977 to 1992, Marla Maples from 1993 to 1999, and he has been married to Melania Knauss since the year 2005.

With this, in a new interview with CNN's State of the Union host Jake Tapper, Trump was asked what he would say to "a lesbian who's married, or a gay man who is married, who says, 'Donald Trump, what's traditional about being married three times?'"

To that, Trump admits that whomever would ask that question would "have a very good point." He then cites the reasons for his failed marriages in the past as being his inability to stop working.

"I blame myself because my business was so powerful for me- I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing."

When pressed again about what he would say to that aforementioned gay man or lesbian woman, well, he admits, "I really don't say anything."

Take a look at the interview below:

Trump admitting he doesn't know something? Hmm, perhaps he's evolving more than initially thought?

Oh, wait – never mind.
