Baseball's back for the official 2015 MLB season!

The Boston Red Sox take the field against the Toronto Blue Jays in Week 13 of the regular season on Monday, June 29 at 7:07 p.m. EST at the Rogers Centre in Ontario. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the evening ballgame online - also catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.

While Toronto maintains a steady spot in ESPN.com's official breakdown of all 30 MLB teams (power rankings), Boston lags a bit behind:

Red Sox (27): "Clay Buchholz has strikeout and walk rates that suggest he's deserved better than the 3.68 ERA he takes with him into his next start. And with a 2.91 ERA since the beginning of May, Buchholz may soon be the most intriguing trade target available in July." Ryan P. Morrison, Inside the 'Zona

Boston currently holds a 34-43 winning record and remains 5th in the American League Eastern Division.

Blue Jays (12): "The Blue Jays went 4-2 this week, winning their tilts with both Tampa Bay and Texas. They have been playing with a much more balanced attack lately, getting it done on offense as always but also shutting opponents down with solid pitching. GM Alex Anthopoulos still has a tough few weeks ahead of him though, because this team needs an ace if they are going to try to take the division crown." Gideon Turk, Blue Jays Plus

Toronto snags 41 wins and 36 losses while holding 4th in the American League Eastern Division.

The ballgame will be broadcasted live on local sports channels NESN and RSN
