Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Turn Down $3 Million Baby Magazine Cover Because Of Kris Humphries

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West turned down the $3 million from a tabloid offering to take the first baby pictures of their baby. According to TMZ, lucrative deals have been offered to the couple from several magazines begging to get the first images of the year's "it" baby on their covers.

The couple haven't even decided and aren't considering shopping their baby photo's to any magazines anytime soon and reason for that may be Kris Humphries. Since Kim Kardashian is not divorced yet, the baby's legal father is still Humphries and he may profit from the sales of the child's photo's. According to Hollywoodlife, by law, because Humphries is married to Kardashian, he can claim that child, furthermore, Humphries can claim custody.

Because Kardashian's social schedule and Humphries' busy NBA schedule, the couple will not be able to divorce until June, around the time she is suppose to give birth. Legal expert Raoul Felder says, "It is presumed by law that because Kim is married to Kris, that it is his baby," says Raoul. "The state has vested interest in not having bastards, so there is a presumption that he is the father. Kim will have to prove that he isn't. However, he will likely also want to prove that it is not his child, or he will have to pay support."

We all know that Kris Jenner is a great "Momager" and is in the works of getting the baby on reality TV and other brand deals. So maybe the family is keeping things quiet until Kardashian can settle her married life?
