Kourtney, Kim Kardashian Celebrate Penelope's Birthday at Disneyland, No Scott Disick [PHOTOS]

It appears that little Penelope Scotland Disick turned 3 years old without her father, Scott Disick in the picture. MStars News has learned that Kourtney Kardashian and her sister, Kim Kardashian West took their daughters Penelope and North West to Disneyland to celebrate P's birthday.

In the snapshot below, Penelope is wearing a green tutu on her big day as she enjoys a merry go-round with her cousin and aunt.

Despite not being in town for his daughter's birthday, Scott did dedicate an Instagram post to her, wishing her a Happy Birthday. "1 of the only things I'm proud off about myself. Happybdayp," the father-of-three wrote.

Kourtney also shared a photo of her toddler eating a huge pile of ice cream and wrote, "Happy birthday to the sweetest little girl in the world. Watching your every little move everyday brings me immeasurable happiness. #toomuchfunyesterdaytopost #disneyland"

Besides enjoying Disneyland, Kim shared adorable snapshots of her daughter with Penelope over time. They obviously share a girl bond!

MStars News previously reported that Kourtney called it quits with Scott once again over the Fourth of July weekend after he was spotted on vacation with another woman.

"Scott has been running around saying he's single," a source previously stated. "Kourtney dumped him after she saw the pics [in Monte Carlo] and he hasn't been home after a month-long party binge."

All in all, Kourtney had to do what's best for her children including Penelope, 3, Mason, 5, and Reign, 6 months.

Photos didn't help the situation. In the snapshot obtained by The Shade Room, Scott seems to be having a wild single life. In the past, Scott has had an alcohol problem, which led to issues in his relationship with Kourtney.
