Is the Real Housewives of Atlanta about to pull a Real Housewives of New York and bring back a former star of the franchise for the all-new season? Well it seems that the network might possibly be courting one of the past RHOA girls to be part of season 8 now that NeNe Leakes has announced her departure from the series. Unfortunately, we aren't talking about Sheree Whitfield or Kim Zolciak, even though we would love to see them back on the show. Instead we are taking it all the way back to season one with Lisa Wu, who it's being reported, hasn't completely ruled out being part of the cast.

Wu had made headlines already this week, as she cleared up rumors stating that she was the girl in the Peter Thomas cheating video. It was previously reported that a video emerged of Peter Thomas cheating on his wife and fellow RHOA star, Cynthia Bailey. This could be the perfect tie-in for Lisa, should she want to return to the series, as scenes of her clearing up the miscommunication with Cynthia would likely bring some good drama.

Radar Online is reporting that while Lisa has her hands full with other projects including season two of Hollywood Divas that she hasn't completely shut out the idea of rejoining the Bravo series.

"I would never say never," the starlet told the site.

However, she does explain that the tone of the show has definitely changed since her days holding the peach.

"There was a time when I was on Housewives there was no altercations... nothing physical," Wu explained. "The show, it definitely has changed. Some people will just do anything for television. It's unfortunate... I guess that's their truth."

Yet, the Inquistr reported that Wu won't be in attendance for the show's milestone 100th episode special, so it seems that her fate might still be up in the air when it comes to season 8.
