A Florida man was dragged by a truck driven by his ex-wife. Robert Hall is currently in the surgical intensive care after being stun gunned, tied, and dragged for a half a mile, according to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
The man's ex-wife, Jeanette Morris attacked Hall after she suspected that he allowed his girlfriend in the house she owns and arranged a deputy to escort her when she arrived home. Morris then told the deputy that she would stay at her brother's home, but returned home and began drinking with her brother Harold Anderson and another woman, Joan Hobart. According to the sheriff's report the three then turned on Hall and shocked him with the stun gun, punched him, and placed a gun to his head.
The trio then tied Hall's hands and legs together and attached the rope to the bumper pickup truck and dragged him for half a mile. The suspects were plotting to find a hole to put Hall in, but he had jumped out of the truck and ran to a nearby house for help. Hall sustained a broken pelvis, broken facial bones and bleeding in his brain. The three suspects are being charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder, false imprisonment, aggravated battery and aggravated assault.
