LucasFilms, Amy Schumer Feud Follows Sexy GQ Star Wars Cover
This year has been a good one for Amy Schumer. Her television show, Inside Amy Schumer, is one of Comedy Central's biggest hits and her movie Trainwreck has opened up to positive review after positive review. With all the success has come a little bit of feud and controversy, and right now Schumer has angered one of the biggest film franchises in American history. The comedian, after taking provocative pictures with C-3PO, R2-D2, Stormtroopers and Chewbacca in GQ, caught the ire of LucasFilms.
LucasFilms tweeted that they felt the use of their characters was "inappropriate":
Schumer posted some of the pictures on her Instagram and its safe to say they were better than you probably expected. In one picture she's leg-kicking with some Stormtroopers like a Rockette. The guns were of course up.
In another picture, Schumer is getting ready for a threesome with R2-D2 and C-3PO.

The cover probably angered LucasFilm the most. On the GQ cover Schumer, dressed like Princess Leia, has C-3PO's finger in her mouth. While she's doing that she twirls her fingers between her hair.

Do you think that Lucasfilms was overreacting with the Amy Schumer GQ spread?
