Rihanna graces the cover of Complex magazine and opens up about her social media activity, addressing the haters with her foul mouth, getting beatings as a child, her new way of singing love songs, and her relationship with Chris Brown.
Rihanna is still enjoying the success of her seventh album, Unapologetic, which expressed the singers standing attitude in life. The singer has made headline with her feud with Brown's ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran and their ongoing love triangle. The singer collaborates with the bad boy of R&B on her album on "Ain't Nobody's Business" track.
When the singer was asked about her instagram activity and constant images she uploads for the world she claims she captures what no one else can, "I'm capturing personality... Everybody has their thing they like or don't like to see. It's all in your head. That's why people take their own pictures, because it's difficult for someone else to capture what you seek."
In the past, the pop singer has been known to curse out fans and haters throughout twitter and for Rihanna it's a habit that has followed her since she was young; "I was so rude when I was a little girl. I got my ass beat by my mother for that. Most of the time it was because of my mouth."
On the new album the international starlet decided to open up regardless of what people may think of her by the end of her album, "I needed to be open and free and fearless. Basically say, 'Fuck it.' What's the worst that can happen? They'll hate me? They've done that before." During her fearless decisions the sex-symbol decided to search for a different types of love songs which brought her to her favorite single on the album, "Diamonds", "It was giving me hope, that song ['Diamonds']. I was tired of angry love songs. Love doesn't always have to be about breakups, and 'We're never going to be together again.' It could be sweet. It could be, 'Hell yeah! We're diamonds!'"
The starlet 's music life has been on a steady uprising path as her relationships been cruising on and up and down rollercoaster. Recently, the singer has been seen with L.A. Dodger and ex-boyfriend, Matt Kemp. During the holidays Rihanna had been spotted traveling the world with Chris Brown and her new found fling with Kemp might be signs of a trouble relationship with Brown. An interviewer at Complex asked the singer about her current relationship status with Brown she replied, "It's nobody's business."
