Bobby Flay Divorce: Law & Order SVU Stephanie March Not Getting Apartment or House

Things are heating up in the divorce case between Bobby Flay and Stephanie March. The Food Network star has been immersed in a pretty sticky divorce from his Law & Order: SVU wife since early this year. It was previous reported that Flay had strayed from his wife with one of his assistants, and it was also rumored that he had been intimate with his fellow TV chef Giada Di Laurentiis, which was all just speculation. However, while Bobby might have been the one to stray, it looks like his wife is going to have stray now to find a new apartment.

It is being reported by Radar Online, that March is being left out in the cold when it comes to housing, as Flay has plans to keep both his Hampton's house, as well as his New York City apartment.

"He will keep the house in Amagansett and the Manhattan apartment," a source explained to Page Six. "Stephanie has to leave the Manhattan apartment at a specified date in the next few months."

To make matters worse, March has been living in the Manhattan apartment with her mother, whom she has been caring for.

"She has been staying there with her mother, who has been in poor health. It has been a difficult time for her," an insider explained. "It is unclear what her future living arrangement will be as she continues to care for her mother."

However, according to People, the split is amicable, at least according to the statement the couple released earlier this week.

"We have come to an amicable divorce settlement, "the former couple explained. "We look forward to putting this difficult time behind us, and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward."
