Arian Foster's Wife, Romina Lombardo, Files for Divorce Following Brittany Norwood Drama
Arian Foster's wife, Romina Lombardo is filing for divorce after learning that her man fathered a child out side of their 4-year marriage. According to TMZ, Romina has decided to call it quits back in April after it was confirmed that the Houston Texans star fathered a baby boy with his former lover, Brittany Norwood.
Romina said, "After much thought and soul searching, I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage." Arian claims that his marriage didn't end on a bad note, instead claiming that his marriage was good and "has been nothing but a gift."
"I'm extremely grateful for the wife, mother and person she was to myself and our children. I will continue to be here and support her wholeheartedly on her next journey as I'm sure she'll do the same for me.," the football star said.
MStars News previously reported that Norwood gave birth to a baby boy named Gatsby Alexander Norwood Foster last summer after she claimed she was pushed by the football player to have an abortion. Besides his love child, Foster is dad to two young kids with Romina.
According to Baller Alert, Arian's statement read:
"After 4 years of marriage, it has been nothing but a gift. I'm extremely grateful for the wife, mother and person she was to myself and our children. I will continue to be here and support her wholeheartedly on her next journey as I'm sure she'll do the same for me. We have two beautiful children that are the center and focal point for both of our lives and I'm forever thankful that we crossed paths. At this time please respect the privacy of her, myself and most importantly our children."
Romina's statement said:
"After much thought and soul searching, I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage. We are both committed to being excellent co-parents. Our children always come first and we will continue to raise them together as a family. We ask that you respect our privacy and our children's privacy during this time."
