The Terminator DLC announcement comes quickly off the heels of recent reports claiming the WWE 2K gaming franchise started wiping Hulk Hogan from the games (via Forbes). This is surely a precaution taken after he was fired from the wrestling company due to racist remarks he made on tape a number of years ago.
"We are highly respectful of the way that our partners choose to run their business and manage our partnerships accordingly," developers at 2K said in a statement. "We can confirm that Hulk Hogan will not appear in WWE 2K16."
WWE 2K16 hits shelves on Oct. 27, 2015 for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One in North America, according to IGN.
