Ben Affleck Slams Nanny Relationship with Christine Ouzounian; Actor Considering Legal Action

Ben Affleck has caught himself in some drama that he probably didn't want to happen following his divorce from actress Jennifer Garner.

MStars News previously learned that Affleck was reportedly dating the former couple's nanny, 28-year-old Christine Ouzounian. Now it appears that the Oscar winner is calling the rumors all lies.

According to Access Hollywood, Affleck's rep said on Wednesday, "The story is complete garbage and full of lies," and continued, "You shouldn't be able to hide behind 'blind sources' and attempt to destroy families going through a difficult time."

The rep continued, "It's like story time in kindergarten," the rep continued. "It's shameful. We are considering legal options."

Ouzanian, 28, has also been a nanny for Neil Patrick Harris in the past. She cared for Ben and Jenn's three children, Violet Affleck, 9 Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck, 6 and Samuel Garner Affleck, 3.

Us Weekly revealed that a friend of Ouzounian claimed that Ben and Christine seen each other on occasion, and communicated through emails, and text. "They would hang out without the kids," Ouzounian's pal said. "And they were very flirty."

Ouzounian's friend also said that the former nanny believed Affleck really liked her. "She says Ben really, really likes her. She's saying this is true love."

According to People, Affleck and Ouzounian's rumored affair started last spring, right after she was hired to be Ben and Jenn's nanny. The source told the magazine that the rumored couple would meet at the Hotel Bel Air. ("Not true," Affleck's camp claims). "It's been going on for a long time," the friend admitted and even revealing that Ouzounian had proof with snapshots of her sitting on the actor's lap kissing him.

Another source claims that Ouzounian revealed to her friends that she and Affleck were intimate. "For Christine, it was a relationship," the source explained. "A friend warned her she was going to end up heartbroken."

MStars News previously reported that Ben and Jennifer announced that they were getting a divorce after 10 years of marriage, back in June right before their wedding anniversary. The two former lovebirds tied the knot on June 29, 2005.

The former celebrity pair stated during their divorce announcement:
