Bethenny Frankel Divorce: Jason Hoppy Files 'For Primary Custody Of Daughter' Because of Affair With Billionaire 'Friend', Warren Lichtenstein?

Bethenny Frankel's husband Jason Hoppy files similar demands as his soon-to-be ex-wife. In addition to the house, he is now demanding that he primary custody of his daughter, Bryn, 2.

His demands may have appeared after he after word got out that Frankel was living with a New York billionaire, Warren Lichtenstein, whom she claims is not her boyfriend, but very close friend. Frankel made her rounds expressing that she is upset about her divorce and cried uncontrollably on Ellen Degeneres show.

An insider claims that the Lichtenstein and Frankel are nothing more but friends, "They've been friends for 10 years. He's been a great support to her through all this." However, Hoppy's new custody move may be because he knows more than what the public sees. A bitter Hoppy has also been searching for similar benefit-style packages for medical and dental for himself and if he wins full custody, of his daughter Bryn. The kicker to all this, he also filed a life insurance claim that would benefit him if the reality star were to die.

Previously, Frankel was worried of her $100 million fortune, and the couple had reached an amicable agreement for Bryn's living situation a source said,  "Bethenny's biggest concern is the financial hit her empire could take because of the fallout from her divorce," the source added, "Bethenny had hoped that the divorce would be amicable, but Jason isn't going to just stand by and let her have primary custody of their daughter, Bryn. The couple did have an iron-clad prenup, and Jason could make a bid to have it thrown out. Bethenny's talk show is scheduled to premiere this fall, but producers of the show are carefully watching how the divorce plays out."
