Kansas City rapper, Tech N9ne speaks about the horrific shooting incident that killed 26 people which was triggered by a 20-year-old Adam Lanza at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, December 2012.

The 41-year-old rapper spoke to Boombox in a recent interview explaining to them that it was all bad parenting as Lanza was given easy access to weapons. He also explained that all informing the children about weapons and their ill-effects all begins at home.

"Discipline starts at home. If your mom has guns like that in the basement, what the fuck is your mom doing? Is she with the militia?. You know those are [Adam Lanza's] mom's guns right?" the rapper said, HipHopDX reported.

"I've got three [children]. I've got two 18-year-olds and I have a 13-year-old. When they were growing up I had them listening to Tech N9ne. I let them listen to Eminem. I talked to them about they problems at school, people, everything. Now, these kids being neglected. Why would Adam Lanza even know how to work these guns if his mom was paying attention?"

"People want to use the psychotic card, or whatever, but I'm telling you it all starts at home. If there was respect at home, it will carry over. Where was Adam Lanza's momma?...Guns don't kill people. You know the saying - stupid people with guns kill people," he added.
