Giovanna Plowman has created the most disgusting trend in YouTube history by sucking on her own bloody tampon. The teenage girl proceeds to pull he pants down and pull out the tampon and proceeds to chew and suck on it. While another man decides to go to the bathroom and eat his own feces.

Plowman claims the video isn't fake and plays music in the background to hype her into doing the disturbing act. Before doing the unthinkable, she pans the bathroom floor to prove that she's going all the way.

In the next most disturbing video, a man sits on the toilet and gets up without even wiping himself and pulls out a brown looking object from the toilet. At first it seem like the video was faked, but by his reflux reaction of pulling the stool out made it more believable. He then takes bites of it with hype music playing the background and dry heaves while chewing on it.

Are the videos real or fake? We'll never know, but it sure made people's stomach turn as they did a reaction to the videos and uploaded them on YouTube.
