Kim Kardashian's $10 million offer for divorce from Kris Humphries denied. The NBA player is refusing to divorce the reality star after she offered him a significant amount to end their ties.

Humphries is asking for an annulment on the grounds of fraud, claiming that the "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star only married him to get more publicity and fame. A source within the proceedings told RadarOnline, "After Kim filed for divorce, she offered Kris a $10 million payoff, with the agreement that he would not continue to pursue an annulment to their marriage on the grounds of fraud."

Although, it seems that the lawsuit against Kardashian may be about money, the sources says that Humphries turned down the offer only because it has, "never been about money". The source added, "He wants to be able to marry in a church again, with a clear conscience, when he finds someone special. Kris is deeply religious and he believes that the only way he can do that is if his marriage to Kim is annulled."

Kim Kardashian's spokesman, denies that any offers had been made and that in contrast to reports TMZ is reporting that Kim is not willing to dish out the big bills. Each of them have spent $250,000 on legal costs and due to Humphries' conflicting basketball schedule the process will not be over until this summer when Kardashian expects her first child with Kanye West.
