AHS Hotel Lady Gaga, Angela Bassett Romance - Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson Feud?

Do you have your keycard ready?  Check in for the American Horror Story Hotel is getting underway. The cast of characters for Ryan Murphy's latest installment in the FX horror anthology have been selected and are ready to take you inside their spooky world. While details are usually kept under lock and key for the show, during a Television Critics Association (TCA) panel over the weekend, Murphy let some details and spoilers slip about what is in store for viewers for season 5. With a cast that includes Lady Gaga, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates and Angela Bassett, we couldn't wait to hear what he had to say about who these stars would be playing.

One plot detail that we are particularly excited about are the reports saying Gaga will be romancing Bassett's character, according to Us Weekly.

When Bassett opened up at the TCA panel, she revealed that she will be getting up close and personal with Gaga's character.

"I'm playing Ramona Royale and I'm sexy as well," the starlet explained of her character. "I have a very strong, lasting relationship with Stefani's [Lady Gaga's] character so I'm sure I'll be at odds with your character, Donovan," Angela said while looking at Finn Wittrock, who will also be trying to romance Gaga.

As for other little tidbits about the new season, it appears that Kathy Bates and Sarah Paulson will be butting heads a lot in the coming episodes, as both explained that they will hate each other onscreen.

"I play Iris. I run the hotel," Bates explained. "I have relationships with Matt Bomer and with Wes and I can't stand [Sarah Paulson], I hate [her]."
