Tammy Knickerbocker, 'RHOOC' Daughter Arrested for DUI, Battery: Lindsey Knickerbocker Drunkenly Rams Parked Cars, Punches Cop

Reports confirm that 23-year-old Lindsey Knickerbocker, the daughter of "Real Housewives of Orange County" starlet Tammy Knickerbocker, was arrested back in December and currently faces four felony charges including a DUI and battery/assault on a police officer. TMZ reports that the young Knickerbocker allegedly rammed into a few parked car while drunk driving on the streets of Balboa Island in the O.C. on Dec. 14. The blonde beauty fled the scene once cops arrived, and once they caught up to her she punched one of the responding officers in the stomach. She was promptly arrested.

Onlookers on Balboa Island called law enforcement on the night of Dec. 14 (morning of Dec. 15) after witnessing an inebriated Knickerbocker crash into a couple parked cars on the street. Knickerbocker quickly fled the scene and ran to a friend's house nearby. When police arrived at the home, Knickerbocker was uncooperative and ultimately ended up punching one of the cops right in the stomach. Following her arrest, court documents allege that Knickerbocker's blood alcohol content measured .32%... a whopping four times over the legal limit in the state of California.

The young reality starlet has since been charged with four crimes - DUI, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, hit-and-run, and battery on an officer. She is set to appear in court sometime next month.

Neither Tammy, Lindsey or the Bravo channel were immediately available for comment. On the hit reality show "RHOOC," Lindsey helps Tammy with her business Veriya (a marketing company which settles product placement in feature films, television, and reality TV shows). Tammy Knickerbocker was a main cast member in seasons one and two, but now only appears as a guest.
