Basically, this is arguably the best movie trailer of the year. Fans of the director are sure to fall in love with the stylized preview of the upcoming film, which is full of Tarantino's signature dialogue, imagery and much more!
Plus, we get a brief introduction to the majority of our characters, which makes for comical, cool and violent moments that really stick out in our minds.
Here are our top five favorite moments from the trailer in our new breakdown!
The opening of the trailer shows us the blizzard that will play a huge part in the story. One of the first characters we see is bounty hunter Major Marquis Warren (Jackson), who happens to be sitting on top of a pile of bodies. This is clearly one of the moments we'd like to share with you:
Moving along, Warren describes Russell's character, John "The Hangman" Ruth to his captive, Daisy Domergue (Leigh). Later on, the group comes across a cabin to take shelter in during the storm, and Ruth breaks down the situation saying he's taking Daisy to be hanged. This is her reaction to that:
Her character is certainly an eccentric one, but we also find out Tim Roth's Oswaldo Mobray is delightfully British and complimented by the southern charm of Goggins' Chris Mannix:
Demian Bichir's mysterious character is going to play a huge part in the film, so getting a good look at him is important:
Finally, Jackson's monologue towards the end of the trailer is simply the best part.
"Move a little strange, you gon' get a bullet. Not a warning. Not a question; a bullet," he says.
