Bayley, Four Horsewomen Imitate MSG "Curtain Call" At 'NXT Takeover' [WATCH]
NXT Takeover: Brooklyn was a historic night for the developmental brand WWE COO Triple H molded with his own two hands. For one, the internet-only wrestling show ended up selling out a whole arena – something the NFL, MLB, NHL and NBA should pay attention to. Then, on a more personal note, after Bayley won the NXT Diva's Championship from the "Boss" Sasha Banks, the two competitors who tore the roof off the Barclay Center celebrated in style with Becky Lynch and Charlotte. In what was surely an homage to their mentor Triple H, the four women, known as the Four Horsewomen amongst themselves, surprised the crowd by recapturing that special Curtain Call moment in 1996 at MSG where Shawn Michaels and Triple H broke wrestling's fourth wall of kayfabe for the first time and bid farewell to the departing Kevin Nash and Razor Ramon.

The four women emulated the Curtain Call both physically and emotionally. There was the hug in the center of the ring followed by each woman raising the other's hand. Then you had Charlotte, Lynch and Banks saying goodbye to NXT the way Razor and Nash did. The three women are now headed to the main roster.
The big difference between the two curtain calls though is Bayley probably won't be in the doghouse for it the way Triple H was. The current king of wrestling has said in countless wrestling documentaries and interviews that breaking from the script back in 1996 was a punishable act so severe, he became a jobber on the brink of being released by WWE. It wasn't until he teamed up with Shawn Michaels and formed Degeneration X with Rick Rude did things start picking up for him.
