As Entertainment Weekly mentions, after playing up to six characters, Maslany was way overdue for an Emmy nomination. On The Tonight Show, Maslany told host Jimmy Fallon how the prior Emmy snubs helped the show grow in popularity.
Orphan Black will return to BBC America for Season 4.
