Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Divorce News: Batman Star & Wife Reconcile for the Kids?

Ever since their choice to divorce earlier this summer, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have been putting their children first and have taken to still wearing their wedding rings, going out on family outings together, and even living on the same property. There does seem to be some confusion though. Both Garner and her Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice estranged husband were also seen not wearing their rings.

E! News says, "On Friday, [Garner] was spotted without hers while out and about in Los Angeles and also went ringless while walking with their daughter Seraphina, 6, on Saturday. Garner, whose family is followed by paparazzi constantly, had until been photographed with her ring most of the time." It's confusing as to what is going on and the paparazzi is really analyzing when Garner is and isn't wearing her wedding ring. However, Affleck tends to have the ring off most of the time, but has donned it a few times as well. "This past Wednesday, Affleck was photographed without his wedding band while walking to a studio in Los Angeles, marking the first time he was seen without it in more than a month. But that night, he wore it again as he took Seraphina to Taylor Swift's concert at Staples Center," E! News says.

A source explained to People that even though Garner is clearly hurt by Affleck's alleged infidelity, she still thinks it's important for him to be a part of his children's lives. "Jen will always make sure that Ben spends as much time with the kids as he wants, but she is rethinking their living situation...She can't stand the situation Ben has put her and the kids in," People reports. The situation is clearly quite complicated and Garner is trying to balance out what will be good for their three kids and yet what won't interfere with her life. The divorce is fresh and something will hopefully get worked out.

While Garner was filming Miracles from Heaven, Affleck came to Atlanta to spend time with the kids and Web Pro News says, "Ben recently returned home to L.A. with the kids while she wrapped filming. The plan was to have some renovations done on their L.A. home so Ben could live in the guest house upon their return." Hopefully something will work out for the family so that everyone can move on with the present situation.
