The Celtics snag the no 3 spot in the Eastern Atlantic Conference of the Division regular season with 26 wins and 23 losses, coming in behind the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets. As Stein points out, "The Clips could use Paul Pierce's late-game fearlessness. They could likewise use an enforcer with KG's pedigree on D. Yet I still suspect Boston makes it past the deadline with both greats still wearing green. The Celts would surely seek more in return than Eric Bledsoe in either case." Boston snags the overall no 17 spot in the NBA 2012-2013 regular season this week out of 30 teams.
The game will be broadcasted live on local TV stations Altitude and CSNHD, but fans can also listen in on the radio at 104.3 'The Fan,' KZBR, WBZ 98.5, and 830 WCCO.
