'The X-Files' Revival Spoilers: David Duchovny, Gillian Anderson, Robbie Amell's Wrap PHOTO!
Back by popular demand, Fox has released a new photo of the iconic sci-fi/horror series. In the revival of The X-Files, will paranormal investigators Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) need Agent Miller (Robbie Amell)'s help?
As we previously mentioned,13 years have passed since FBI agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully were on the TV screen solving weird and supernatural cases. The reboot of Fox's popular sci-fi series continues with 6 brand new episodes. Not only are the leads set to reprise their iconic roles, creator Chris Carter will takeover as showrunner for the franchise that launched his and many other careers.
According to Comic Book, the Hannibal actress announced via her official Twitter account that filming has wrapped. The Flash actor can be seen in the snapshot taken with the cast and crew, who were working tirelessly until very late at night to complete shooting. Everyone seems to be smiling at the camera, enjoying themselves, even though they're wearing heavy coats, since it must be cold as hell.
Filming for the six-part miniseries began in June and was originally expected to finish up weeks ago. Perhaps due to the special effects, reshoots, and unforeseen circumstances, for whatever reason, creator Chris Carter and his crew needed some additional time. We're hoping the time was well spent in order get the miniseries just right before finally delivering it to Fox.
Anderson tweets, "That's a wrap on #XFiles Season 10! See you on January 24th! @davidduchovny @RobbieAmell @thexfiles"
We're very anxious to se what's next for Anderson, since the series finale of Hannibal also just aired.

The X-Files returns with a special two-night event beginning Sunday, January 24, 2016, following the NFC Championship Game. The event continues with its time period premiere on Monday, January 25, 2016 (8pm).
