Chris Brown Does Not Stand Up For Frank Ocean’s Gammy Award

Singer Chris Brown was reportedly seen refusing to stand when crowds gave singer Frank Ocean a standing ovation, Feb. 10.

Brown and Ocean had a fight for parking space at a recording studio in L.A. Jan. 27. While Brown suffered a hand injury (he was seen with a cast later), Ocean got a cut on his fingers. But recently, Ocean dropped charges on Brown and the police to have moved to close the investigation.

Ocean had posted a message on Tumblr saying, "I'll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace."

But that did not stop Brown who still harbours hatred towards Ocean. Both of them were pitted against each other for the Grammy's Best Urban Contemporary Album Award. Ocean was announced the winner by singer, Kelly Rowland for his "Channel Orange LP" while Brown's "Fortune" lost out.

The video footage from ABC shows Brown not standing up, so did The Mirror report that he "refused" to stand up.

But that did not ruin Brown's Grammy night as his girlfriend, Rihanna was by his side in a red dress. She was also spotted wearing a diamond ring on her ring finger, sparking reports of their engagement.
