Baseball's back for the official 2015 MLB season, and things are finally heating-up!

The Toronto Blue Jays take the field against the Boston Red Sox in Week 23 of the regular season on Monday, September 7 at 1:35 p.m. EST at beloved Fenway Park in Massachusetts. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Labor Day afternoon ballgame online - also catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.

While Toronto maintains a high spot in CBS Sports' official breakdown of all 30 MLB teams (power rankings), Boston still lags a bit behind:

Red Sox (18): "Which deal is a bigger disaster so far? Pablo Sandoval (five years, $95M) or Hanley Ramirez (four years, $88M)?"

Boston currently holds a 64-72 winning record and is still 5th in the American League Eastern Division.

Blue Jays (3): "The monthly splits are pretty funny. They were 11-12 in April, 12-17 in May and 12-13 in July. June? 18-9. And they just completed a 21-6 August. September is going to resemble June or August, too, as the Blue Jays make the Mariners (2001) the new team with the longest MLB playoff drought."

With that, Toronto snags 78 wins and 58 losses while remaining 1st in the American League Eastern Division.

Monday's ballgame will be broadcasted live on local sports channels NESN and RSN
