The cast for the rumored Straight Outta Compton sequel movie, DPG 4 Life, has been revealed, signing on some new actors for original parts. The original N.W.A. biopic film has received such high reviews, and garnered in a record-breaking revenue, that it’s already on the way to receiving a sequel film, set to reportedly be called DPG 4 Life.

While the film will still surround the story of the iconic West Coast rap group, it will jump more into the story covering the beginnings of Death Row.

Actors Corey Hawkins and Marcc Rose portrayed Dr. Dre and Tupac in the original Straight Outta Compton movie, but reports say that they will be replaced by Dr. Dre’s son, Curtis Young, and DaDa. There is also a cast listing that has surfaced, showing Death Row Records veteran, Daz Dillinger, taking on the role of Azad Arnaud, Reggie Noble as Suge Knight, and Melvin Jackson Jr. as Kurupt. Dillinger posted multiple photos of the allegedly-picked cast members re-enacting some iconic scenes for the film, and even posted a side-by-side photo of who has signed on to portray the late Nate Dogg.

Reports say that the rumored actors were brought together to a Los Angeles studio, where they filmed a scene, re-enacting the recording of Tupac’s "Ambitionz Az a Ridah" and "I Ain't Mad at Cha" tracks.

There’s no official confirmation from any major movie studio as to whether this will be an official sequel to the Universal box office success. There have also been rumors floating around the Internet that a recreation of the 2001 documentary, Welcome To Death Row, was in the works as a sequel follow-up to the N.W.A. biopic. Hopefully fans will be able to get more information and clarity on any official sequel to Straight Outta Compton in the near future.
