Kris and Bruce Jenner Divorce Rumors: 'Madwoman' Cheated with Todd Waterman, Paid Ex-Flame $15,000 to Keep Quiet?

Oh my, how the Kris and Bruce Jenner divorce rumors are getting out of hand! Despite the fact that the infamous momager swears that she wouldn't divorce her Olympic star hubby in a "million, bazillion years," a new shady report in InTouch magazine claims that Kris cheated on Bruce with former flame, Todd Waterman. Not only that, but Kris even paid the former soccer star $15,000 to keep quiet about the steamy affair. Really?

The latest cover issue of InTouch magazine blares the headline:

"Married to a Madwoman: Kris forces Bruce to get plastic surgery, makes him leave his other family behind, controls his spending... How Kris destroyed an Olympic hero. Plus: Kris bought her secret lover's silence for $15k."

As if all the "Kris destroyed Bruce claims" weren't enough, an alleged insider tells the tabloid that Kris paid Waterman off so he wouldn't speak about the Kardashian family every again.... especially concerning the duo's secret little fling. An "insider close to the Kardashian clan" explains, "Last year, Kris persuaded Todd to appear on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. It was her way of paying him off and making sure he stayed silent about their torrid past."

Kris denies every cheating on Bruce with Waterman (the same man she allegedly had a steamy affair with while dating the late Robert Kardashian). However, Waterman once confirmed to InTouch that he continued to sleep with Kris even after the former track-and-field star moved into her Beverly Hills home. In January 2012 Waterman told InTouch, "We were still sleeping together when she started dating Bruce." Kris allegedly paid him to keep quiet just six months later.

When InTouch recently attempted to contact Waterman for further details, he supposedly stated, "I really wish I could talk to you, but I can't because I'm under contract with the family to not talk about them."

The insider goes on to explain that Waterman allegedly received a onetime payment of $15,000-$20,000, to appear on the show, so Kris could "keep a close eye" on him: "He appeared under the pretense that they were having closure on their relationship. Little did everyone - least of all Bruce - know that she was gagging him."

The source also reveals that the heated affair definitely didn't end when Kris started dating Bruce in 1990 - "[Waterman] was always around, and Bruce was completely in the dark... He was the Camilla in the Charles-Diana relationship."

Ridiculous rumors have continued to surround Kris and Bruce Jenner's "inevitable divorce" for months, so it's hard to believe any of these seedy reports...
