The Bulls head into Wednesday evening's game as the no 2 team in the Eastern Central Conference of the Division Regular Season with 30 wins and 21 losses, trailing the Indiana Pacers. They currently rank the no 7 team overall in the NBA. According to ESPN's power rankings, "Pacers 111, Bulls 1010 was probably the most bizarre score of the season, given the way the two teams have typically played. The Chicago defense hasn't really recovered since and, obviously, the continued issues with Joakim Noah's right foot is a major concern. In the wake of Omer Asik's departure, Tom Thibodeau was working Noah as much as he has worked Luol Deng over the years."
The Celtics are currently ranked 3rd in the Eastern Atlantic Conference, coming in right behind the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets. Boston currently holds the no 10 overall spot (out of 30 teams) with 27 wins and 24 losses. According to the power rankings, "The Celtics' seven-game, Rondo-less winning streak has included big wins over two great teams -- Miami and Denver -- also playing their best basketball. And the offense has been sharp. But six of the seven games have been at home, and the seventh was against the Raptors. If they've got a legit shot at a top-five seed in the East, they'll prove it on their West Coast trip after the break."
