Justin Bieber Single Status, 'What Do You Mean' Singer Talks Dating On 'Ellen'

Justin Bieber claimed his single status during an interview on The Ellen Show, as the "What Do You Mean" singer talked about his dating life. During the sit-down conversation with the daytime talk show host, the Biebs revealed that he is available to date, but he may not be ready for a relationship at the moment. The crooner confirmed to pleased fans and viewers that he is currently “single and ready to mingle,” and continued to dodge dating questions from Ellen DeGeneres throughout the interview.

On top of receiving a huge outburst of cheers and applause for claiming his new single status, Bieber was also grilled by DeGeneres about his new chart-topping track, “What Do You Mean.” As he was explaining the inspiration behind the song, and the meaning of it, DeGeneres asked if the girl that the song is about rhymed with “Melena.” She was obviously trying to push the Biebs to admit that the track is about his famous ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, but he was successfully able to dodge the question once again, continuing on with his regular explanation of it, stating that it was about women in general.

On top of discussing his single status, dating life and new hit single, Bieber also opened up about his infamous Instagram photo that shows off his bare butt. The singer revealed that it was originally a friend who took the photo of his behind. He decided to remove it due to one of his friends’ daughters becoming uncomfortable..

Bieber didn’t focus the whole time on The Ellen Show talking about himself, however, as he gave the surprise of a lifetime to a fan named Austynn, who claims him to be her celebrity crush. Surprising her with flowers and a huge hug, the moment was definitely precious and possibly a tear-jerker. The two even hit the nae nae and whip dance on stage together.
