It was an emotional day on The Real, as co-host Adrienne Bailon revealed some sad news. The 31-year-old shocked everyone when she announced that she was no longer engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Lenny Santiago. After dating for years, they're going to remain friends after the breakup.

While holding co-host Jeannie Mai's hand, Bailon said: "Through the summer, I went on my little Eat Pray Love journey, and it was a time for me to come to terms with my own truth and my honesty, and I am not engaged anymore, and we're in a good place. It's not an 'aw' thing, I promise you. We're gonna be great friends forever, and I think it was a hard decision to make when you're with somebody for such a long time."

Bailon added, "I think as women, we have a hard time with change. It was hard for me. But you have to be true to yourself. You have to be honest with yourself. And I think having time on my own gave me that opportunity. I'm so grateful to have girls who love and support me, and we're gonna be OK."

The singer and actress' support from her co-hosts included letting her enjoy some time away to cry, get over the engagement, and heal. Bailon's getaway included a trip to Honduras. She posted some sexy snapshots of herself enjoying life.

During her healing process, Bailon also spent some time with her friend, Julissa Bermuda, seen below. The lady's dined at Geoffrey's Malibu.

In the unique snapshot below, Bailon took a picture of a beauty mark behind her neck and wrote: "Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice your own beauty. Discover something new everyday! Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams."

The former Cheetah Girl and Santiago, 44, dated for over six years. She also dated Rob Kardashian. Bailon and Santiago got engaged earlier this year, and announced the news back in February.
